Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)
SGPT is carried out in a group of 2-6 members per coach. In a small group you get the attention of the coach and also get to train with people on a similar mission as yourself in a fun atmosphere. If you have been struggling to get fit on your own, SGPT might be the solution.

Exactly what it say’s on the tin! A high intensity conditioning session that is guaranteed to make you, well, SWEAT! Pushing the body to it’s limits with fast-paced cardio and strength exercise’s designed to build strength and endurance. If you want to “feel the burn” SWEAT is the session for you.
