6 Week Challenge
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. Your challenge is your own. We’re here to guide, support and keep you accountable every step of the way.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll train up to 3 times per week in our private facility. These sessions aren’t just about learning good technique — they’re about building your confidence, step by step, in a supportive small-group environment.
To keep you on track, you’ll have free access to our InBody 270. This allows us (and you) to see real progress beyond the mirror — strength, health and energy you can feel. One of our head coaches will meet with you during your InBody analysis to provide personalised nutrition guidance, aligned with your goals.
You’ll also be paired with a dedicated coach (we have four in our team), who will check in with you every single week. This isn’t a marketing gimmick — we genuinely connect with you, answer your questions and make sure you’re supported throughout.
On top of that, you’ll have full access to our timetable of 29 sessions per week, giving you the flexibility to train around your lifestyle. We know life is busy and we make it easier to stay consistent.
At the end of 6 weeks, you’ll feel stronger, healthier and happier — but it all starts with that first step.
