At Pro-FIT Ballyshannon, we are passionate about making fitness accessible to the people of the town and surrounding areas. We understand how busy everyone’s lives can be, from family to work commitments and everything in between. Life can be stressful, and physical well-being and fitness can often be the first to suffer when it does.

That’s why we are focused on having a flexible gym structure so you can easily make fitness part of your life. We specialise in individual and small group training so we can meet all our members’ needs. From classes to expert coaches and a great community atmosphere, we’re here to help everyone achieve their fitness goals.
